Shipping policy
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow (3-5 business days) not including weekends or holidays to process your order and ship it out. Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order label is printed this means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will be updated as soon as USPS has scanned your order. This does not mean your order is lost it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.
Shipping Rates will be determined by USPS at checkout
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your Kit has shipped. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
